1. Intellectual Property

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Membership & Billing

  • Your purchase includes both the physical book and digital access.
  • Digital access includes a 7-day free trial of the Fatal Blackout members area.
  • After the trial, your membership will automatically convert to a monthly subscription of $67, billed on day 7 and every 30 days thereafter unless canceled.
  • You authorize Fatal Blackout to charge your provided payment method for recurring billing until you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time by contacting support@fatalblackout.com or calling 1-855-200-1277.

3. Refund Policy

  • We proudly offer a “no questions asked” refund guarantee on your initial purchase.
  • Refund requests must be made within 365 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • After 365 days, all sales are final.
